Once your Moov Now™ is set up was your Daily Activity Tracker (DAT) it will recognize your active minutes and sleep automatically. Sleep recording is based on motion tracking. Because sleep habits vary from person to person, an error may occur if the sleep movement is too mild. In this case, we suggest that you add your sleep manually to let the AI on your Moov learn your sleep patterns, which will then improve the recognition accuracy over time.
- Go to the Moov app home screen
- Tap on Active Minutes on the far left of the menu bar
- Tap on the Active Minutes activity
- Scroll down until you see the SLEEP option and click on the plus symbol on the right
- Add your sleeping times
