Do I need to have my phone with me to record a workout?

To receive audio coaching and generate activity reports, you will need your Moov Now™ connected to your phone. With the exception of the swimming program (You can find more information here)

Any activity done outside of our coaching programs will be recognized as active minutes as long as a certain threshold is reached. More information here.
