If you have pressed your Moov Now™, but it doesn’t appear on the connection screen, please double check that your Bluetooth is turned on and that your battery is charged, then try again. If Moov Now™ is not blinking, please go to settings and select “Update firmware” to see if your firmware is up to date.
I got an error. Now what?
If you run into an error while updating, go to the settings page and select “Update firmware” to try again. It is important to complete the firmware update right away or Moov will not be compatible with the software or be able to connect with your phone.
