Which mobile devices are not compatible with Moov Now™?

We are continually testing new devices for compatibility, and there is always a chance you have a handset that works that we haven't tested yet.

An issue we are seeing for some Android users is that they can use BLE and do the workout, however, when they try to sync and generate an activity report, the app says that not enough data is generated to make a report. This stems from data not being transferred from older Android phones (2015 and below) that have not added increased reliability for BLE that newer phones now have.

The devices that we currently know of that has this BLE issue:
