If you are experiencing issues with the Moov Coach app, it is very useful for our engineers/developers to be able to view your encoded data to target what is causing the issues.
If you encounter problems during a workout, please leave us feedback within the report for that workout.
- On the Highlights tab of your report, scroll to the bottom and tap LEAVE FEEDBACK.
- A pop-up will appear that says “Talk to us!”. Choose “I have some feedback.”
- Explain the issue you have been experiencing and press “Send.”
We will send a response to the email tied to your Moov account. If you would like for us to contact you at another email address, please mention it in your message.
