If you click your Moov Classic and it doesn’t light up, it could be out of battery. If this happens, the data is not lost, just recharge it and connect to upload your swim!
If your Moov lights up or blinks, but still won’t connect, check that your Bluetooth is switched to on. If it that doesn’t work, switching Bluetooth on and off or restarting your phone might help. When you connect your Moov after you restart your phone, it will recognize that their is a recorded swim and the data will sync.
