I lost my Moov Now™. Help.

If you can’t find your MOOV NOW™ device, please contact support@moov.cc for assistance. Note that many of our customers who lost trackers in familiar surroundings such as the home or workplace were able to find their devices by trying these tips:

  • Check your active minutes + sleep tracking in the Moov Coach app. If it synced recently, that means it is within 15-20 feet of your mobile device.
  • Look in your laundry. Some users find that these trackers wind up in the dirty clothes pile.
  • Check your sheets if you wear it to bed.
