If you can’t find your MOOV NOW™ device, please contact email@example.com for assistance. Note that many of our customers who lost trackers in familiar surroundings such as the home or workplace were able to find their devices by trying these tips:
- Check your active minutes + sleep tracking in the Moov Coach app. If it synced recently, that means it is within 15-20 feet of your mobile device.
- Look in your laundry. Some users find that these trackers wind up in the dirty clothes pile.
- Check your sheets if you wear it to bed.
