What if there’s an error or if I quit the firmware update?

Your Moov will be locked into RECOVERY mode and will not blink when pressed. If this happens, retry the firmware update immediately.

MOOV NOW™ will not light up, but it can connect. It cannot be used for active minutes + sleep or workouts until your firmware update is complete.

To complete your firmware update, go to the Moov Coach app → Settings → Update Firmware → Then follow the instructions.

Be sure you keep your Bluetooth on and MOOV NOW™ near your phone while the update completes. It should only take a few minutes.

NOTE: If your Moov is not showing up on the connection screen, the battery may need to be replaced before you can complete the firmware update. Learn how to replace the battery here.
