Bluetooth connectivity on Android devices

Based on our tests, some Android systems have disconnection issues.

When a Bluetooth device is paired but not used, Android bluetooth services run into problems.

When you run into this problem, we suggest forget/unpair all bluetooth devices in your bluetooth settings.

Follow these steps below.

Step 1: Shutdown other apps that use Bluetooth.

Step 2: In settings, tap Bluetooth, and then tap "Unpair all devices" settings.

Step 3: Tap forget or unpair all devices.

Step 4: Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, turn on in settings.

Step 5: You should now return to a Moov app and reconnect your Moov.

Step 6 (optional): Restart your phone.

If none of these steps work, please email support@moov.cc and include your phone model and OS version.
