Open HR Training program can be used to track heart rate data for a wide range of activities. This workout program also allows users to customize and set their target heart rate range for the workout. This program requires users to have their phone with them during the workout. Compatible devices include Moov HR Sweat™, Moov HR Burn™, and other compatible Bluetooth BLE 4.0 HRMs.
Common activities for this program are Hiking, Cross-Training, Indoor Rowing, Elliptical, Weight Training, and Group Classes. We do not recommend swimming, or other water-based activities for this program.
