Yes, you can set your target heart rate for Open HR Training.
Using your max heart rate, Moov calculates 5 workout training zones for you. Each zone is based on your max heart rate in beats per minute (BPM).
Zone 1: 50-60% of max heart rate
Zone 2: 60-70% of max heart rate
Zone 3: 70-80% of max heart rate
Zone 4: 80-90% of max heart rate
Zone 5: 90-100% of max heart rate
Currently, Moov doesn’t not support workouts that are below 50% of your maximum heart rate. Heart rate based workouts are all about pushing yourself, and maintaining the intensity at a level that gets results faster. The Open HR Training program allows you to select any range from 50-100% of your maximum heart rate as your target BPM.
To edit your max heart rate in the Moov app, or to learn more about your personal heart rate zones, go to Settings > Max Heart Rate
To customize your workout, set up your target heart rate prior to starting the workout. The Moov audio coaching during the workout will be based on the targets set.
