HR Recording is Heart Rate Recording.
This is a phone-free workout, and you do not need to carry your phone with you during your workout. This program is only available with Moov HR Sweat™.
Connect your Moov HR Sweat™ in the Moov Coach app and press “Start Workout”. HR Recording can record up to 2 hours, or 120 minutes, of heart rate data from your workout. End the workout using the Moov Coach app on your phone, which will then upload your data from the Moov HR Sweat™ to your phone and generate a report.
Common activities for this program are Hiking, Cross-Training, Indoor Rowing, Elliptical, Weight Training, and Group Classes. We do not recommend swimming, or other water-based activities for this program.
