What is the difference between HR Recording and Open HR Training?

HR Recording program can be used to record heart rate data for a wide range of activities. This is a phone-free program, and the phone is required only to start/stop the workout and sync data. This program requiresMoov HR Burn™ or Moov HR Sweat™ and can be used to record up to 2 hours of heart rate data.

Open HR Training program can be used to track heart rate data for a wide range of activities. This workout program also allows users to customize and set their target heart rate range for the workout. This program requires users to have their phone with them during the workout because Moov Coach gives verbal updates frequently during the workout. Compatible devices include Moov HR Sweat™, Moov HR Burn™, and other Bluetooth BLE 4.0 HRMs.

Common activities for these programs are Hiking, Cross-Training, Indoor Rowing, Elliptical, Weight Training, and Group Classes.
